Founded in 2007 at the initiative of the Boris Yeltsin Foundation, the prize awards the best translators of the Russian literature into Italian.
This time there are 11 contenders on the list, among them the translators of Bulgakov`s Diaboliad, Ivan Goncharov`s Oblomov, Alexander Solzhenitsyn`s Ego, Zakhar Prilepin`s Sin, as well as of poems by Osip Mandelstam and Marina Tsvetayeva.
