Oil giant BP has announced plans to build a new facility for housing the world’s largest supercomputer for commercial research in Houston, Texas.
According to mass media, BP is to spend about $100 million on boosting the efficiency of the computer.
This supercomputer is used for analysis of seismic data and creation of 3D images of oil and gas fields.
