The video showing Ernesto Duenez Jr. being shot and killed by Manteca Officer John Moody has been uploaded on ‘Anonymous’ YouTube channel.
The police department has said they consider it as a valid threat.
Earlier this month Moody was cleared of any wrong doing in the 2011 shooting, where he fired more than a dozen rounds at Duenez.
The Dunez family said they were grateful for the support but would not approve of any illegal activity.
