The Kremlin press office reported Friday the Russian leader had “strongly condemned terrorism in all its forms” and called on international community for an active and coordinated effort to curb this threat.
Mr. Putin also expressed his deepest sympathies with the families and friends of those who had lost their lives and said his wishes went for a speedy recovery of the wounded.
