The total known Palestinian cases of the disease are at over 600, including 30 in Gaza.
The 3-year-old boy who died in Israel became the first swine flu fatality since 2009, when the disease first emerged in the US and Mexico. The outbreak became pandemic, killing some 18,500 people.
