In the aftermath of the Oklahoma tornado, many parents are questioning why some schools have tornado shelters and others do not. "I'm really upset. I know there were shelters in some schools and the fact that there aren't shelters in other schools just shows disparity,” Helen Grant who stayed in her friend’s shelter in Moore, said. She thought her daughters were doing the same at school. Instead they used the bathroom in their school as their storm shelter.
