In his massage, posted in the Kremlin’s website on Sunday, the president praised the Russian Buddhist organizations for their hefty contribution to the moral upbringing of the young, the interfaith dialogue and the upholding of social peace and accord.
There are an estimated 1.5 million Buddhists now living in Russia.
