Disorders and violent riots that hit London four days ago have spread to other British cities as well. Arson and marauding are taking place in Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Bristol.  As of the early morning hours of August 9th, the London police arrested a total of 239 people, 45 of them already charged.
