Alleged Russian arms smuggler Viktor Bout was extradited from Thailand to the US early Tuesday. Being escorted by 6 US special servicemen, Bout left Thailand after several court hearings on his case. Experts at the U.S. Defence Department has concluded that the mysterious trail of a missile rising from the sea off California on Monday was most likely left by a jet rather than a ballistic missile. Pentagon spokesman David Lapan said that all indications that this was a jet plane and the special services had no other evidence.
