Moscow Mailbag has been on the air for half a century after it was launched by the late Radio Moscow veteran, Joe Adamov, back in the 1950’s.

The success of this program is perhaps explained by its close proximity to our listeners, because it is all based on YOUR questions and provides answers that YOU want or expect to hear.

At the present time the program is prepared by Olga Troshina and presented by Tata Mnatsakanyan and Max Gorbachyov.

Your questions and comments are welcome, as always. You couldn’t do better than write us that letter!

Olga Troshina has graduated from the Institute of Foreign Languages in Moscow, currently Moscow State Linguistic University.

Joined the English Service of the then Radio Moscow in May of 1983. 

Prepared the following programs for the World Service in English:

You Write to Moscow, People of Uncommon Destiny, A Stroll Around the Kremlin, Lend-Lease: Cooperation For Victory and Legends of Russian Sports.

Presently she is the author of Moscow Mailbag, a weekly question-and-answer show commenced back in the 1950s by the late veteran of our broadcasting service Joe Adamov.
